Well, your relationship with gaming sounds like it’s perfectly normal. I mean, three or even six hours per day is not that long. The article talks about extremes where people may go through extended time periods — days, weeks, or even months — during which they do little else besides gaming. I would also like to point out that while I agree with your argument that spending entire days doing nothing but binge-watching shows on Netflix is not any more constructive than playing a game, sadly there’s no health risk tied to it (apart from damage to the eyes, but even that may not be directly tied back to watching tv/streaming shows.)
