I think our personal attachments and the time we spent with these games may have a lot to do with it. For example, I can play IX as many times as possible and I won’t get tired of it. That’s because of the fond memories I have with the game. Same with VII, VIII, X and the XIII trilogy, although XII feels like a bit of a chore. To each their own I guess…
