FC Barcelona’s Sergio Kun Aguero recently announced his retirement from professional football. It feels as though he is the last in a long line of players who possessed a very specific talent that can rarely be seen in today’s highly athletic environment: scoring goals.
Argentinian footballer Sergio Aguero — or ‘Kun’ Aguero as he’s more commonly known — was forced to retire early from football. At just 33 years of age, the doctors found a rare heart condition that would have placed his life at risk should he have continued with his career.
This comes at quite a disappointing time, considering the experienced forward had barely made his move to FC Barcelona and was keen to leave his mark on the team.
